Whether this is intended or not, people in general, and business employees in particular, learn something new every day. They acquire and develop professional expertise and skills, which, in turn, influence their experiences and behaviour on a daily basis. What kinds of psychological processes are required to make this possible? In this course, you will study the psychological principles of learning processes , especially in a corporate context. You will learn about and discuss various ways of evaluating learning outcomes and how personal characteristics as well as organisational structures influence the process.

In order to achieve the required record of academic achievement, students must complete an oral presentation and a written essay on a suitable topic.
