Research

The Chair of Corporate Education examines the factors that determine the success of continuing education programmes offered in the workplace as regards learning outcomes and transfer. In doing so, we contribute to current empirical research into psychological impact, while employing methods of training and transfer evaluation. We are particularly interested in coaching competencies as well as new teaching formats involving digital media.

Our interdisciplinary research into these topics is practice-oriented and builds upon empirical, quantitative and qualitative methods. This allow us to develop evidence-based recommendations for implementation in practical contexts.
