Description

The subject of this lecture is individual management sub-functions (e.g. planning, control, organization), with an explicit reference to the marketing area. In addition to marketing management in national markets, the special features and problems of international marketing management (e.g. selection of the foreign market to be worked on, strategy of foreign market entry, organizational features of international business activities) are also discussed. The examination content covers the relevant pages in the books "Marketing Management (4th ed.)" and "International Marketing Management (6th ed.)" as well as the associated content of the lecture and exercise.
